GREENSBURG, IND. — Earlier this week at SUPERZOO 2023, Shepherd Boy Farms introduced a new line of Freeze-Dried Raw Goat’s Milk Blends. The shelf-stable blends are formulated with freeze-dried pure milk from pasture-fed goats raised without antibiotics or added hormones. Pet owners can add water and shake to turn the product into a goat’s milk topper or treat.

“Goat’s milk is an ingredient that’s gaining popularity in the industry due to its high digestibility and fabulous flavor,” said Ashton Hood, owner of Shepherd Boy Farms. “It’s also packed with nutrients and natural probiotics that provide a spectrum of benefits, including boosting the immune system and supporting skin and coat health. Our blends are unique because they deliver all of these benefits in a shelf-stable, freeze-dried form.”

The line includes four blends: Classic, formulated only with goat’s milk; Golden Blend, formulated with goat’s milk, organic pumpkin, butternut squash, sweet potatoes and oranges; Super Greens Blend, formulated with goat’s milk, organic kale, spinach, broccoli and green beans; and Super Fruit Blend, formulated with goat’s milk, organic blueberries, cranberries, bananas and mango.

These new products will become available to consumers starting in September. They will be sold in 1-quart bottles (32 oz) and 1-pint bottles (16 oz).
