The processing equipment supplier has acquired the hammermill and pellet mill parts supplier.

Through the acquisition of Mopsan, the company hopes to strengthen its foothold in Turkey. 

The acquisition includes the sustainable packaging supplier’s Thermoformed & Flexible Packaging business.
