LIVONIA, MICH. — Pet retailer Pet Supplies Plus launched its private label pet food brand, OptimPlus™, on June 20, expanding its private brand offerings. The OptimPlus brand includes diets specifically formulated based on a pet’s size, life stage, and health and dietary needs.

The OptimPlus brand boasts more than 30 different dry dog and cat food products with specific varieties to address common health concerns, including sensitive skin and stomach and weight management. The brand also includes food designed specifically for kittens and puppies, as well as adult pets.

All OptimPlus pet food diets are formulated with a blend of vitamins, minerals and nutrients to support pet health and wellness with a complete-and-balanced diet. Each formula features animal protein as the first ingredient and contains live probiotics to support digestion.

In conjunction with the launch of OptimPlus, Pet Supplies Plus is hosting a sweepstakes, “Feed Great, Feel Great,” giving away nearly $15,000 in prizes. From now until July 31, pet parents can enter the sweepstakes by completing a quiz for chance to win various prizes. Participants will receive a discount toward an OptimPlus product.
