Rebekah Schouten joined Sosland Publishing Company in 2015 as digital media editor for both FoodBusinessNews.net and BakingBusiness.com, and has since moved on from the company. She joined Sosland Publishing after serving as a production editor at a newspaper syndicate and a proofreader at a real estate company. Schouten holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from Cedarville University, Cedarville, Ohio.
