Nico Roesler is the former managing editor of Baking & Snack, and moved on from the company in 2021. He joined the Baking & Snack team as the IBIE editor and managed all special projects relating to IBIE 2016. He is a graduate of the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Kansas.
