The treats are made with cultivated fish from UMAMI Bioworks, bringing nutritional and environmental benefits to the pet food industry.

NovoNutrients will use its latest funding to advance the development of its Novotein ingredient for use in pet food, aquaculture and human nutrition. 

Its Billy + Margot Insect Single Protein + Superfoods dry dog food will be available exclusively at Petbarn.

With supply under constraints, processors are relying on alternative sources, from novel proteins to fermented ingredients. 

Enorm Biofactory will produce 10,000 tons of insect meal annually.
