MARKHAM, ILL. — Evanger’s Dog & Cat Food Company, manufacturer of US-made pet nutrition brands like Against the Grain Pet Food, announced Oct. 3 that Paul Eastman will be joining the company as its new Midwest territory sales director. Eastman will serve and help grow support for Evanger’s throughout the Midwest.

Eastman has more than 30 years of expertise in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry. He has experience driving double-digit growth year-over-year by fostering strong customer and vendor relationships, according to Evanger’s. Additionally, Eastman has a proven track-record of developing relationships with distributors and retailers and has extensive knowledge of the Midwest market, all of which are expected to benefit Evanger’s.

As Evanger’s Midwest territory sales director, Eastman will work closely with the company’s key partners across a seven-state region, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota. He will develop and implement sales strategies to help increase market share and fuel regional growth.

According to Evanger’s, Eastman’s appointment is a testament to its dedication and continued investment in providing independent pet retailers with high-quality products and service. The company expects that Eastman’s expertise will support its success in the pet food industry.

“We are thrilled to have Paul join our team at Evanger’s,” said Holly Sher, owner of Evanger’s Dog and Cat Food Company. “His passion for the pet food industry and strong relationships with distributors and retailers make him the perfect fit for our company. We are confident that Paul will help us continue to provide high-quality, made-in-the-US pet foods to our customers in the Midwest.”
