CHILLIWACK, BRITISH COLUMBIA — Petcurean, the manufacturer behind pet food brands Go! Solutions, Now Fresh, Summit and Gather, is celebrating 25 years of business in the pet industry. In honor of the anniversary, the company announced a donation of 250,000 meals of cat and dog food to animal rescues, shelters and community groups across Canada.

“For 25 years, we have been creating premium pet food that is trusted and loved by pets and their pet parents around the world,” said Jaimie Turkington, chief marketing officer at Petcurean. “Throughout this time, we have never lost sight of our ultimate goal — to help pets live happy, healthy and long lives. We’re proud to have reached this exciting milestone and are grateful for all of the support we have received over the years from our customers, retail partners, distributors and more. Here’s to many more years of creating nutritious and delicious recipes for our furry family members.”

Petcurean’s brands will also be celebrating the milestone with various giveaways. Go! Solutions will be giving away 25 prizes, including a chance to win a year’s supply of the brand’s pet food. Additionally, Now Fresh will be announcing further details on its giveaways in the coming weeks.

In addition, Petcurean will be giving back to its neighboring communities through a company-wide volunteer initiative. During the week of the anniversary, employees will be volunteering with the S.A.Y. (Skowkale, Aitchelitz and Yakweakwioose) Lands Office to help restore a salmon habitat.

“Since day one of Petcurean, we have been passionate about making a difference in the world,” Turkington added. “Whether we are donating our time to lend a hand in the community, coordinating a major food delivery to animals in need, taking purposeful action to advance sustainability in the industry, or creating innovative pet food recipes that address common health ailments, we strive to make a positive impact. This commitment is upheld by our passionate employees, and it creates a ripple effect across the communities we serve and the broader planet.”
