BURR RIDGE, ILL. — Nowicki Food Machinery, a Polish partner of BAK Food Equipment, announced April 18 it is changing its name to NOMA. The rebrand is symbolic of the company’s 50-year history dedicated to two key values: the Nowicki family and modern food processing machinery.

We’re proud to represent this brand and provide value to our customers.”

According to BAK Food Equipment, which serves as the exclusive distributor of NOMA equipment across North America, its tumblers, meat injectors, meat grinders, and other processing equipment are backed by an experienced team of service technicians, engineers and salespeople.

BAK Food Equipment will continue to provide installation, design, engineering and service support for NOMA clients across the United States.
