NOVATO, CALIF. — Worldwise, Inc., a leading producer of pet food and supplies, announced a rebrand on Oct. 18. The company will now be known as PetWise.
According to PetWise, the rebrand signals a new chapter of growth and operational improvement, as well as an enhanced commitment to its partners and consumers.
“This rebranding is not just a name change; it’s a reflection of our evolution and ambition,” said Kevin Fick, chief executive officer of PetWise. “It encapsulates our strategic growth, the integration of pivotal acquisitions, and an unwavering commitment to our brands. Adopting the PetWise identity demonstrates our unified vision and clear purpose to drive greater innovation and forge deeper connections with our partners and customers. We are not only ready for the future — we are shaping it.”
The rebrand comes on the heels of significant growth for PetWise, as it has continued to expand its portfolio of pet-centric brands over the last several years. The company’s current portfolio includes pet treats and chews, pet toys, litter, bedding and more. According to PetWise, the rebrand not only reflects its expanded portfolio, but also demonstrates a more cohesive identity and brand integration.
Though its name has changed, PetWise remains committed to its retail partners, according to the company, and will continue to provide exceptional customer service and fulfillment rates, and innovative products. Additionally, the company plans to further its investment in its product development, omnichannel capabilities and branding to advance scale.
“We’ve closely collaborated with the Worldwise team over the past two years to support the transformation into PetWise,” said Ryan McCarthy, partner at A&M Capital Partners, majority owner of PetWise. “Looking ahead, we expect to see PetWise further expanding its footprint, pioneering innovations, and setting new standards in the pet supplies market.”
