SECAUCUS, NJ. — Freshpet, Inc. recently unleashed its new website to refocus its digital presence around the company’s high-quality, “real food” approach to pet nutrition. According to the company, the redesign elevates each of Freshpet’s brands and more clearly depicts what goes into the company’s food products, how they are made, and helps consumers decide which products are best for their pets.
The company’s internal creative team spearheaded the website redesign, including Maureen Cooley, assistant creative director; Katie Hanifan, art director; and Joshua Ezrick, consultant. The development of the new site was led by Digital Surgeons, Freshpet’s creative development partner.
“As pet parents continue to demand the best and healthiest food for their best friends, we decided it was time for the Freshpet brand to get a full refresh with new packaging and a new website that would help showcase the high quality, real ‘food food’ we take such pride in making and feeding to our own pets,” Cooley said. “This redesign gives our products an updated look and a simplified user experience.
“We also elevated our individual brands to the forefront after learning that not many consumers understood the unique differences across each product line,” she added. “So, we saw this as an opportunity to tell each brand’s story in a new light. Our new website will better help consumers see what goes into our food, how it’s made, and which of our brands and products are the best fit for their own pet.”
