CHILLIWACK, BRITISH COLUMBIA — Premium pet food brand Petcurean unveiled a new Learning Management System (LMS), on March 16, called University of Petcurean. The online platform was designed to educate retailers on products and provide them with useful tools to help educate their pet parent consumers.
The University of Petcurean platform can be accessed on a computer or mobile device and provides a comprehensive method to educate retailers about product formulations, nutritional benefits and product recommendations that can be passed on to pet parents.
“We are thrilled to launch our new University of Petcurean online platform to support our retail partners with access to in-depth product knowledge so they can help pet parents choose the best recipes for their dogs’ and cats’ needs,” said Anabel Immega, marketing manager, North America for Petcurean.
“With the University of Petcurean platform, we’re now able to share new product resources and knowledge much more effectively with our retail partners, helping them add value to their consumers’ in-store shopping experience with expert product recommendations,” she added.
Alongside this announcement, the company is introducing several new recipes including GO! SOLUTIONS® SENSITIVITIES Limited Ingredient Grain-Free Insect Recipe for Dogs, GO! SOLUTIONS SKIN + COAT CARE Large Breed Puppy + Adult Salmon Recipes with Grains for Dogs, as well as the relaunch of its SUMMIT™ brand.
GO! SOLUTIONS SENSITIVITIES Limited Ingredient Grain-Free Insect Recipe for Dogs is designed for pets with food allergies or sensitivities. Because the product uses insect proteins, it provides a sustainable choice for environmentally-conscious consumers.
GO! SOLUTIONS SKIN + COAT CARE Large Breed Puppy + Adult Salmon Recipes with Grains for Dogs are tailored to meet the specific needs of large breed dogs at each stage of life. The recipes feature salmon as the single-source of animal protein, targeted minerals to support strong bones and large-sized kibble for big mouths.
Petcurean’s SUMMIT recipes for dogs and cats will debut in the United States and return to the Canadian market with a new look and feel. The products have been updated to elevate the palatability and nutrition of the products which contain premium-quality animal proteins, fruits, vegetables and grains.
“At Petcurean, we know that no two pets are identical — this is what inspires us to continually innovate and introduce new recipes to meet the evolving needs of pets and pet parents alike,” Immega said.
Petcurean will showcase its new products and share information about its new online platform at booth #814 during Global Pet Expo, March 22 to 24 in Orlando, Fla.
