HØRSHOLM, DENMARK — Oterra announced the appointment of Mads Dehlsen Winther to chief financial officer on Jan. 24. Winther will join the natural color supplier in April, leading its global finance, IT, legal and transformation teams.

“I am very pleased to welcome Mads on board as our new CFO,” said Odd Erik Hansen, chief executive officer, Oterra. “He comes with a strong track record and extensive financial experience from leading global companies. Mads will play an instrumental role in supporting and shaping our future growth.”

Prior to joining Oterra, Winther served as chief financial officer for HusCompagniet. He also worked at Maersk for nine years, holding various positions within the company’s finance, strategy, M&A and investment teams, and leading the company’s divestitures within its Energy division.
