ST. FRANCIS, WIS. — Gott Pet Products has promoted Gina Schlueter to the position of brand manager.

Schlueter joined the company, which manufactures natural dog treats under the Charlee Bear brand and wet and dry pet foods under the Hound & Gatos brand, in July 2019.

Schlueter previously served as inside sales and customer care representative. In her new role, she will oversee all customer service and warehousing operations for the company, working with distributors, running internal reports, and  developing predictions and insights to grow its sales and reach.

“Gina has proven to be an integral member of our company, and we’re thrilled to have her taking on new responsibilities,” commented Rob Cadenhead, general manager of Gott Pet Products. “A dynamic and driven team player, she knows our brands inside and out. Not only is she great at building customer relationships, but she is constantly finding ways to improve internal processes and increase our footprint in the market.”

Schlueter offers experience with logistics, supply chain management, customer service and supervision. The Management and Strategy Institute recently recognized her with a Certified Continuous Improvement Manager designation.
