HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. — Ancestry Pet Food, a brand of pet food and treats owned and operated by Health Extension, has revamped the package designs for its Sammy Snacks baked dog treat line.
"The updated packaging truly reflects the Sammy Snack treat line and has been well received by retailers," said Brad Gruber, president of Health Extension. "Our expert inhouse design team wanted the packaging to reinforce the clean ingredients with a fresh clean look."
Sammy Snacks are available in four recipes — Peanut Butter, Blueberry, Cheddar Cheese and Pumpkin — and are made in the United States with non-GMO ingredients. They are sold in 8-oz bags.
Peanut Butter Snackers are formulated with oats, brown sugar and peanut butter; Cheddar Snackers include cheddar, garlic and rice; Pumpkin Snackers are made with oats, brown sugar and pumpkin; and Blueberry Snackers include oats, brown sugar and blueberries.
