ENGLEWOOD, COLO. — A brand of veterinarian-formulated cat food, cleanprotein™ by Founder Dr. Bruce Elsey, is expanding distribution in Canada online and through select PetSmart stores, starting this month.

The cleanprotein formulas are high-protein, with more than 90% protein derived from high-quality animal-based ingredients, and low-oxalate. The diets, available in kibble and pâté formats, are grain- and gluten-free, do not contain artificial preservatives or fillers.

The brand strives to provide an ancestral feeding experience for cats, homing in on a “natural carnivorous diet.”

The kibble formats are available in two varieties: chicken and salmon. The pâté diets are offered in chicken, turkey, and duck and turkey recipes.
