NORCO, CALIF. — Canine Caviar has expanded distribution of its pet nutrition products in the southeastern United States and along the East Coast. Two of the company’s existing distributor partnerships with Nature’s Rules, based in Madison, N.C., and Generation Pet, based in Savage, Md., expanded their reach and, with it, Canine Caviar’s market.
Nature’s Rules will now distribute Canine Caviar’s products throughout Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. Generation Pet will distribute the brand along the East Coast, “from Maine to Florida,” according to Canine Caviar.
Generation Pet said it plans to further expand distribution in the southeastern United States and Texas later this year. The distributor also plans to add four sales representatives to its team in 2020.
In addition, Nature’s Rules said it plans to continue expanding into the Midwest later this year.
Generation Pet currently operates two United States distribution centers in Baltimore and Bloomfield, Conn.
Canine Caviar distributes its pet food products throughout the United States. Its products include Open Range alkaline kibbles, the company’s newest line of limited-ingredient kibble, featuring low pH levels and buffalo as the main protein in each diet.
The company also produces “synthetic free” canned diets for dogs, formulated without chemicals, gums or BPAs. These limited-ingredient products can be served as a complete-and-balance diet or a supplemental meal topper. They are formulated with 97% meat protein and are available in lamb, goat, turkey, duck and salmon.
