LIBSON, Ohio – BrightPet Nutrition Group announced May 1 the release of its latest premium pet food brand, By Nature, which will appear exclusively in independent retail chains in the US. The new dog and cat foods are packaged with sustainable materials and formulated with high-quality proteins, superfood ingredients and the manufacturer’s proprietary SUPERFUSION™ probiotics.
“We’re launching our By Nature assortment for pet parents who want a simple and effective approach to supporting their pets’ health with nutrition and flavors that only nature can provide,” said Matthew Golladay, president of BrightPet. “Through holistic nutrition, By Nature helps pets get the most out of each meal so they can live the healthiest and fullest life possible.”
By Nature dog food formulas include turkey and duck; lamb and turkey; salmon and menhaden fish; and chicken and turkey with brown rice. The first three dog food formulas are grain-free and do not contain potatoes.
The brand’s cat food formulas are intended for indoor cats and include chicken and turkey, and salmon and Menhaden fish. Both formulas are grain-free and do not contain potatoes.
All dog and cat food formulas are manufactured in BrightPet facilities in the US and appropriate for any life stage.
Many of the ingredients used in By Nature pet foods serve functional purposes, such as immune system support, improved body and brain function, anti-inflammatory benefits, improved digestion and others. Formulas include goji berry, ginger, taurine, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, chicory root extract, kelp, pumpkin, spinach, blueberries, fava beans and coconut oil.
BrightPet added it plans to unveil freeze-dried treats and canned food to the By Nature line.
