The nearly $800,000 project will seek to protect grain against highly destructive pests.  

Areas of focus include protein and extrusion applications, flavor creation, food creation and energy recovery.

The facility has nearly 700,000 bushels of storage capacity.

The agribusiness giant has acquired Canada-based Prairie Pulse.
