Petico has acquired assets from Singapore pet food retailer Perromart.

The retailer has expanded its presence in Orange County, Calif., and Scottsdale, Ariz.

Woolworths Group has entered an agreement to acquired 55% of the pet retail business. 

The acquisition includes all of Orscheln's 166 retail stores, 81 of which Tractor Supply will retain.

The retailer saw an increase in revenue and same-store sales in 2021 despite higher SG&A expenses.
