The International Trade Commission has voted unanimously to reject proposed antidumping duties for tinplate steel imports.

According to the Consumer Brands Association (CBA), the decision leaves room for improvement.

The Consumer Brands Association is spearheading an effort to protect US can manufacturing jobs and consumers against proposed tariffs of up to 300%.

Agricultural exports in 2021 increased by 18% from 2020 and have surpassed the previous record set in 2014.
