Lyka, an emerging brand of gently processed, human-grade, direct-to-consumer dog foods, will use the funding to accelerate growth, expand processing capabilities and add to its core staff.

The new formula includes duck, turkey, butternut squash, pumpkin and select grains.

The formulas are free from legumes, peas and potatoes and include meat as the first ingredient.
