The educational and networking event brought nearly 300 professionals together in Kansas City. 

The event will be held from Jan. 28 to 30, with AFIA’s Pet Food Conference on the 28th.

The Pet Food Processing Exchange is an inaugural in-person conference in Kansas City this October.

The fifth annual CAFIC was held last month, homing in on the technology and management of pet food processing in China and the United States. 

Industry thought leaders will take the stage to share their insights during the inaugural event in Kansas City.

Mintel’s Lynn Dornblaser highlighted trends in personalization, naturalization and sustainability shaking up the industry.

Hosted by the AFIA, the event will allow those in the industry to learn about ingredients, processes and regulations used in the animal feed and pet food industries.

The event covered emerging trends, sustainability, packaging, trade, ingredients and more in the industry.

Attendees learned about the latest trends and research in the industry.
