Through two transactions with 35 Oak Holdings, the company plans to unlock “significant value” for Big Sky Milling.

The company will transfer all its pet food ingredient assets to Big Sky Milling. 

Through an investment and loan from 35 Oak, the company will establish a new subsidiary.
