Executives from Wagz, Inc., Petmate, Nestlé Purina PetCare North America and Compana Pet Brands have joined the association.

Platinum Equity has acquired the pet treat and accessory company and combined it with Petmate.

The pet product and treat manufacturer will continue growth under new ownership.
