The recall involves four products for dogs and cats in one lot.

According to recent data, recalls are up across various industries, including pet nutrition.

Fifty-five dog and cat food formulas are included in the expanded recall.

Testing revealed that two of the company’s formulas contained high levels of glycoalkaloids from imported potato flakes.

The expanded recall now involves 78 lots of product across various brands.
