The investment firm has united Primal Pet Foods, Prairie Dog Pet Products, Himalayan Corporation and Holistic Hound under one powerhouse pet nutrition company.

The premium pet treat company will invest $18 million to expand its manufacturing, research and development and food safety capabilities.
