The company maintains full-year guidance despite an anticipated $4 million cost to address challenges presented by the pandemic.

The company is donating 448,000 meals for cats and small dogs as pet shelters, animal rescues and foster parents face the financial impacts of COVID-19.

The program by Rayne Clinical Nutrition will provide education and resources to help veterinary clinics as they cope with COVID-19.

The company is providing more than 180,000 lbs of dry and wet pet food to select shelters in California, Utah and Texas.

The funding will help Humane Society International support pet owners, shelters and stray dogs and cats in critically impacted regions of the world.

After receiving contributions from several pet industry leaders, the organization will provide relief efforts to shelters and pet owners in states most impacted by COVID-19.
