The event, originally set for April 29-30, has been rescheduled to fall of 2020 and moved to a virtual format in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak in the United States.
The group is asking pet food and rendering industry professionals to provide digital resources to educate and recruit collegiate students in these areas.
Topics on the agenda include the transportation of bulk fats and oils, oxidation and rendering, controlling pathogens and environmental monitoring, among several others.
