The company has acquired Chico, one of the largest pet specialty franchises in Québec.

The company has expanded its product offerings to include Wag N’ Wash’s pet products and services.

Pet Supplies Plus is first in the Pet Franchise category, according to Entrepreneur’s 2022 Franchise 500 rankings.

The acquisition takes EarthWise Pet’s US retail network to 151 stores.

The two retailers will combine their 130 stores, franchising support and sales efforts under the EarthWise brand.

Entrepreneur Magazine ranked the pet retail franchise No. 21 out of all 500 companies, No. 1 in the pet store category.
