US Department of Agriculture’s Office of Food Safety (OFS) and the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) will host a virtual meeting Wednesday, Sept. 22, discussing its latest food safety outline, "Roadmap to Reducing Salmonella: Driving Change through Science-Based Policy."
The US Food and Drug Administration has added a new facet, Unique Facility Identifiers, as part of its facility registration renewal process, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Dec. 31, 2020.
