Tara Smits joins the company as a brand steward for its Vital Essentials, Vital Cat and Nature’s Advantage brands.

The pet food and treat manufacturer has appointed Caryn Reinthaler to manage sales and distribution of Vital Essentials and Vital Cat brands in the mid-Atlantic United States.

Leslie Durocher will be responsible for brand education, managing sales, distribution and promotional event execution in her new role.

The brand has partnered with supermarket chain Festival Foods to expand distribution of its functional supplements for dogs.

Joey Weichmann will now oversee all the raw-focused pet food company’s sales efforts in the United States and Canada.

The company is accepting nominations for these care packages through May.

The pet food manufacturing company said the machine can sterilize up to 1.4 million masks per week, saving both resources and money in the fight against COVID-19.

The brand’s full line of pet food, treats and meal toppers will be marketed and distributed through Avafina Pet Products.
