Pet Bidco GmbH, a holding company of EQT Private Equity, has offered to acquire up to 70% of the European pet retailer for €470 per share.

The pet product and treat manufacturer will continue growth under new ownership.

The company, backed by AUA Private Equity Partners, has purchased Pet ‘n Shape.
