Though its pet food category share remained flat, the company continues to bolster its capacity for the business.  

The company’s CopRice division acquired SavourLife for $13.4 million. 

Through the acquisition, the distributor will now be led by Chief Executive Officer Chris Miller.

In acquiring Natural Instinct, The Nutriment Company is expanding upon its goal to become a leader in the European pet food industry.

The UK-based manufacturer will add the HOWND vegan dog food brand to its portfolio.
