Thai Union Group will support Orgafeed as it scales its sustainable Laika brand.

Pet Bidco GmbH, a holding company of EQT Private Equity, has offered to acquire up to 70% of the European pet retailer for €470 per share.

The investment builds on another large investment made earlier in 2021.

The funding will help the functional pet water supplement brand build out its product portfolio and distribution.
