BENTONVILLE, ARK. — Full-services pet care research, consulting and product innovation firm BSM Partners recently announced the appointment of Oksana Lylak to director of packaging engineering. Lylak will lead the development and implementation of innovative packaging solutions to support BSM Partners’ clients in their product quality and sustainability efforts.

Lylak has more than 20 years of experience in several industries including automotive, consumer packaged goods, chemical and hazardous material packaging, and pet food. Throughout her career, Lylak has been able to master technical concepts and identify improvement opportunities well beyond traditional packaging development. She also has experience in leading teams, managing technical training programs, and developing packaging specifications.

Lylak has a bachelor's degree in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s degree from Waynesburg University.
