ST. LOUIS — Post Holdings recently released its 2024 Sustainability Report, detailing its approach and progress with sustainability efforts across four pillars: sourcing, operations, people and products. 

“I am proud our organization achieved exceptional business results while continuing to advance sustainability and overall positive environmental performance,” said Robert Vitale, president and chief executive officer. “I hope in reading this report, you share my pride in the organization.”

Some highlights of Post’s progress in sustainability during fiscal year 2024 include:

  • Developing a new, evolved framework and approach to sustainability.
  • Reducing Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 6% compared to fiscal year 2023.
  • Continuing to engage key suppliers in the CDP Supply Chain and Supplier Leadership on Climate Transition programs to accelerate reductions in Scope 3 GHG emissions.
  • Advancing responsible sourcing and packaging aspects.
  • Empowering its employees, including a global promotion rate of 14.6% in the past year.
  • Supporting local communities with financial contributions, volunteer time, and donations of over 13 million pounds of food.
