ST. CHARLES, MO. — Mars, Inc. brand Royal Canin announced the appointment of Stanley Browning as the general manager of the US pet specialty retail and omnichannel (PSRO) business unit. He will serve as a member of the Royal Canin North America leadership team.
Browning joined the company in 2013, serving in various roles across Asia, most recently as the general manager for Royal Canin Korea. Prior to leading the Korean division, he served as market head in Taiwan and general manager for the Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau cluster.
In his new role, Browing’s focus and commitment to talent development will allow his team to continue learning and growing while fostering even stronger relationships with their customers, according to the company.
“Stan is no stranger to transformation and is joining the Royal Canin North America team at an incredible time to make a huge impact for our customers as we collectively work to create A Better World for Pets,” said Daryn Brown, regional president of Royal Canin North America. “His global lens and expertise in animal health are true assets as we work to mutually make a positive impact with our customers.”
Browning will be responsible for leading the PSRO team, providing strategic direction and leading performance across the United States. His team will continue building customer relationships and supporting quality growth through mutual benefits.
