NEW YORK — Pet Valu announced that it is using subscription solution provider Ordergroove’s integration on commerce platform commercetools to enhance its subscriber experience and help drive recurring revenue growth. Through the integration, the Canadian pet retailer will expand and improve its subscription offers and make a broader variety of experiences more accessible for pet parents across Canada.
The technology of Ordergroove’s platform uses flexible APIs (application programming interface) for a seamless subscriber experience and features a tailored suite of promotions, bundling and analytics tools.

The retailer began working with Ordergroove in 2022 to elevate its subscriber experience and turn “one-and-done” transactions into reliable, recurring relationships. Now, with the usage of commercetools, the company can pair the platform’s commerce architecture with Ordergroove’s technology to deliver more flexibility for both the retailer and its customers, according to Ordergroove.
