ROCKFORD, ILL. — Pet treat manufacturer Phelps Pet Products unveiled its new jerky treat brand: Callie’s Gourmet Kitchen. The brand will debut with a Duck Recipe Jerky Tenders product, which are available at Costco stores throughout the Midwestern United States. 

Callie’s Gourmet Kitchen aims to provide an “elevated standard” in pet treats, homing in on high-quality and ingredient-conscious formulas. The brand’s Duck Recipe Jerky Tenders are formulated with real, high-quality proteins and are produced in the United States. According to Phelps, the treats are free from grains, wheat, corn and soy. The product is designed to provide pets with a nutritious treat free from common allergens and fillers. 

The Duck Recipe Jerky Tenders will be available exclusively at Costco for a limited time. Callie’s Gourmet Kitchen is partnering with the retailer for this initial launch and has plans for additional retail distribution in the coming months. 

Additionally, the new brand has plans to expand its offerings with three new treats, including: Chicken Jerky; Wild Game Trio featuring Venison, Rabbit and Quail; and Sustainable Salmon Recipe Jerky. 

These new products are currently being showcased at Phelps’ booth #2274 at SUPERZOO in Las Vegas.
