Through the guide, the company hopes to assist manufacturers in meeting the demands of pet parents, as well as the increasingly stringent food safety standards and regulations of pet food.

The company offers metal detection solutions and x-ray inspection systems to detect foreign materials, quality assurance checks, check weighing solutions for fill level and precision weighing, and even vision inspection systems for label verification. According to Mettler-Toledo Product Inspection, these systems help pet food manufacturers increase product safety, enhance productivity and combat rising production costs. 

To showcase its systems, Mettler-Toledo will exhibit at booth S-2939 during Pack Expo from Nov. 3 to 6 in Chicago.
