MIAMI — Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming announced its expansion into Kentucky with two new stores on July 8. The retailer opened a location in Plainview the first week in July and is set to open another location in Norton Commons later in the month.
This latest expansion marks the franchise’s third new state of entry this year following openings in Illinois and Indiana. All locations will offer premium grooming and bathing services, as well as premium pet foods, accessories and Woof Gang’s own gourmet dog treats.
The company’s growth strategy will continue throughout the year with plans to enter six additional states by year-end.
“Expanding into Kentucky with two new locations in Norton Commons and Plainview highlights our commitment to providing exceptional care and love to pet communities,” said Ricardo Azevedo, chief executive officer of Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming. “The success of Woof Gang in securing agreements in this market not only demonstrates our ongoing success, but also underscores the profitability and potential for entrepreneurs to flourish within our brand.”
With the addition of the Kentucky locations, Woof Gang now has a footprint of 380 locations open or under development throughout North America. The company remains committed to continuing to expand its footprint, “spreading love and joy to pet communities, one groom and treat at a time.”
