LEXINGTON, KY. — Alltech announced a restructuring of its marketing team on April 18 to allow the company to better serve its customers and its internal team. According to Alltech, the new roles will offer increased agility to help meet stakeholders’ needs, while also enhancing collaboration throughout the company’s US business.
Nicole Bangasser, who has been with Alltech for two years, has been promoted to western US marketing specialist at Alltech. She holds a degree in agri-business from South Dakota State University.
Cece Blythe, who has been with Alltech for more than three years, has been named western US marketing manager. Blythe also serves as the chair of the communications committee for the US Roundtable for Sustainable Beef, chair of her county with the Kansas Livestock Association, and several committees for the Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef. She holds a degree in agri-business and applied economics from Ohio State University.
Anna Burnett will serve as US dairy marketing lead at Alltech. She has been with the company for over four years, previously serving as the director of consumer affairs for the Kentucky Beef Council. Burnett holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in science with an emphasis on the economics of raising diary heifers from the University of Kentucky.
After spending more than 14 years with Alltech, Leslee Burns will now serve as western US marketing specialist. Burns originally joined the company as an administrative assistant and was eventually named the Midwest marketing assistant, and then later appointed regional marketing specialist for South Dakota. She holds a degree in digital arts and design from Dakota State University.
Zach Gilles, who has been with the company for eight years, has transitioned to eastern US marketing specialist with Alltech. Gilles is a member of the Kentucky & Daviess Country Cattlemen’s Association and is active in state and county chapters of the Farm Bureau. He holds a degree in marketing from the University of Kentucky.
Bailey Irick will serve as marketing lead for Alltech’s Show-Rite brand. Irick first joined Alltech in September 2022. She is a former member of 4-H, FFA, the National Junior Swine Association and Team Purebred. She holds a bachelor's degree in agriculture and a master’s in business administration from Western Illinois University.
Mallory Minnick, who joined Alltech in May 2022, will now serve as US pork marketing lead. She holds a degree in animal science from Purdue University.
Alex Morcom has been named head of marketing of Ridley Block Operations, one of Alltech’s family of companies. Morcom originally joined the company in March 2023. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation and is an alumnus of the OCA Cattlemen’s Leadership Academy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in animal science with a minor in agriculture business from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Mackenzie Peters, who has spent more than six years with Alltech, will now serve as marketing specialist of global pet and corporate accounts. Peters is a member of the Oklahoma Farm Bureau and the Diamond Hats. She holds a degree in interdisciplinary agriculture with an emphasis on business and leadership from Texas Tech University.
After nine years with Alltech, Terran Ronne has been named head of marketing of global pet and corporate accounts for the company. She previously served as Midwest marketing specialist and western US marketing manager. Ronne is currently president of the National Agri-Marketing Association’ Northern Prairie chapter. She holds a degree in public relations and journalism from North Dakota State University, and a master’s in agriculture from Murray State University.
Tieggan Rouleau will now serve as marketing lead of Lifestyle Feeds, after joining Alltech’s Hubbard Feeds division in October 2022. She previously served as a lifestyle sales representative at Hubbard Feeds. Rouleau holds a degree in marketing from Lethbridge College and is a native of Canada.
Katie Stenzel has been named marketing specialist of Feed and Block. She first joined Alltech’s Feed Division in March 2018. Stenzel holds a degree in agricultural communications with a minor in marketing from South Dakota State University.
Jena Lee Wagner joined Alltech in February 2023 and will now transition to the role of US beef marketing lead at the company. She holds a degree in mass communications from Montana State University.
William Wallis will now serve as eastern US marketing manager and US poultry marketing manager for Alltech. He has spent the last 12 years with the company. Wallis has served as treasurer for the Carolina/Virginia chapter of NAMA for the past seven years. He holds a degree in business marketing from Barry University in Miami.
Celsey Weiss has been named head of marketing of Feed and Premix, after originally joining Alltech’s Feed Division about two years ago. She currently serves as the marketing chair for the Pepin Country Dairy Promotion and on the marketing committee for the Dairy Girl Network. Weiss holds a degree in marketing and communications with a minor in animal science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
Shannon Zika will now serve as US digital content producer for Alltech. She has held a variety of marketing roles within Alltech’s Feed Division and its family of companies since June 2001. Zika holds a degree in marketing with a minor in business administration from Minnesota State University.
