HØRSHOLM, DENMARK — Color supplier Oterra announced April 16 it has appointed Hubert Windegger to chief financial officer, effective April 22. Windegger succeeds former CFO Mads Dehlsen Winther.
Dehlsen Winther joined Oterra in 2023 and was soon named interim chief executive officer until Martin Sonntag assumed the role at the beginning of 2024. During his time at Oterra, Dehlsen Winther helped improve the company’s finance functions and supported the company through continued transformations.
Windegger brings 14 years of financial and leadership experience to his new role. Prior to joining Oterra, he served as CFO of ASK Chemicals and held roles at various private equities. Windegger’s strategic insights and growth initiatives make him an invaluable addition as Oterra seeks to expand its reach, according to the company.
“Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Hubert as we embark on this new chapter of growth and success at Oterra,” Sonntag said. “I am confident that Hubert’s insights and leadership will be invaluable assets as we continue to drive Oterra forward on our journey of growth and success.”
