THAILAND — Nutreco recently appointed Noel Kim to managing director for Nutreco Asia, beginning January 2024.

Prior to joining Nutreco, Kim led Evonik’s Animal Nutrition Asia Pacific business as vice president, and also spent 15 years at Cargill. During his career, Kim has led several growth-oriented businesses, strategic transformations, acquisitions and post-merger integrations.

“I’m delighted that Noel is joining the Nutreco team at the helm of this important business unit,” said Therese Log Bergjord, chief executive officer of Nutreco’s Skretting brand. “Noel brings a wealth of strategic business management and leadership experience to the team, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Asia region.” 

At Nutreco, Kim will oversee the company’s animal nutrition and aquaculture businesses Trouw Nutrition and Skretting. He will be based in Thailand, reporting to Bergjord and working closely with David Blakemore, chief executive officer of Trouw Nutrition.
