ANN ARBOR, MICH. — Wag N’ Wash will host a grand opening of its first corporate location on Sept. 30. Located in Ann Arbor, the new location serves as the franchise’s flagship store, offering consumers baked dog treats, natural pet foods, supplements and pet supplies, as well as full-service grooming and self-washing stations.

From Sept. 30 to Oct. 1, Wag N’ Wash’s grand opening celebration will offer free pet grooming services and dog treats.

According to Wag N’ Wash, the new retail location marks a significant moment in the brand’s history. The store will serve as the template for all future Wag N’ Wash locations. The franchise unveiled details on the store on Sept. 11, revealing the location was converted from a nail salon.

“This is an exciting time for Wag N’ Wash as we continue to grow the brand's footprint and reach new achievements,” said Chris Rowland, chief executive officer of Wag N’ Wash and Pet Supplies Plus. “We couldn’t think of a better place for our flagship store than Ann Arbor. The flagship store is part of Wag N’ Wash and Pet Supplies Plus’s double-digit growth year-to-date, allowing the franchises to set another record-breaking year of expansion. Pet Supplies Plus acquired Wag N’ Wash in February 2022. Since then, Wag N’ Wash has doubled its store footprint with 25 locations currently open and an additional 40 in various development stages.
