HOUSTON — Three Dog Bakery opened its new store in Houston on Dec. 17, marking the company’s second retail location in the area. Located in The Heights district, the new store will offer dog food, toys and supplies.
“We’re beyond excited to open our second bakery in Houston,” said Carin Giga, co-owner of the new retail location. “Expanding to The Heights was any easy decision for us as it has everything we seek: large residential neighborhoods, a density of diverse businesses, a strong community identity, and dogs, so many dogs. We look forward to building relationships with our customers here as we have enjoyed for four years and counting in Rice Village.”
Giga also co-owns the Three Dog Bakery location in Rice Village, Houston, with Sara Saber. The location opened in 2018 and has witnessed significant community support, prompting Giga and Saber to expand in The Heights, a historic neighborhood that dates back to the 1800s and is located northwest of Houston.
Alongside dog food and supplies, the new location will offer Three Dog Bakery’s premium dog treats, including Lick’n Crunch! Sandwich Cookies and the Assort“Mutt” Trio treat lines. The store will also carry seasonal items, gourmet dog pastries like Pupcakes, and specialty cakes that can be personalized.
To celebrate the new store, Three Dog Bakery plans to host a grand opening celebration in late February.
