GLENDALE, WIS. — Ampco Pumps Company, a global manufacturer of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, announced the promotions of two of its personnel on Dec. 8. Lori Neisner has been promoted to executive vice president and Joel Wilde has been promoted to vice president of operations.

Neisner has worked at Ampco for more than 30 years and previously served as vice president, managing director and controller at the company. According to Ampco, she has been a “driving force,” helping the company expand into one of the leading pump and process equipment manufacturers serving various markets. In her new role, Neisner will continue to help drive growth for Ampco.

Wilde originally joined Ampco in 2008 and most recently served as operations manager. According to Ampco, Wilde was “pivotal” in helping the company streamline its production practices, increasing its output. He also helped maintain efficient production schedules and worked to reduce operational expenses during supply chain issues. In his new role, Wilde will continue to help Ampco meet increasing demand, expand its manufacturing workforce and maintain its delivery times.
