VERO BEACH, FLA. — Caru Pet Food has launched four new products to its Classics line; two Balanced Omega Blend Stews and two Enriched Omega 3 Bone Broths. These new formulas are infused with Marine Microalgae Oil to deliver Omega 3 fatty acids. This non-fishy tasting oil is obtained from a sustainable, non-GMO algae strain and provides both EPA and DHA Omega 3 fatty acids which are essential for whole body health.

Caru stews and bone broths are minimally processed at low temperatures, include only human-grade ingredients and are packaged in Tetra Pak® cartons. The Balanced Omega Blend Turkey with Lamb Stew for dogs and the Balanced Omega Blend Chicken & Crab Stew for cats include added vitamins, minerals and taurine and are complete and balanced meals for all life stages. The Enriched Omega 3 bone broths are for both cats and dogs and come in two formulas, Grass-Fed Beef and Free-Range Chicken. The bone broths are grain and gluten free.

Caru believes that for most dogs, a well-balanced diet should consist of moderate amounts of poultry, fish and meat along with veggies and fruit, while a high-meat diet, flavored with a hint of pureed veggies and fruit, is ideal for cats.
