CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Sealed Air, a packaging solutions company, announced its acquisition of Irish-based Foxpak Flexible Ltd. on Feb. 2. Foxpak will join the company under SEE Ventures, Sealed Air’s investment initiative. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001, Foxpak develops digitally printed flexible packaging. The company specializes in decorated packaging, including stand-up and spout pouches and sachets, for brands within a range of industries, including pet food. Currently Foxpak employs 33 people and serves brands in more than 30 countries.
